You acknowledge that final transaction prices are determined solely between you and the third-party Dealer, and BCPA bears no responsibility for any pricing discussions, agreements, or outcomes.

4. Transaction Responsibility

All transactions facilitated through introductions made via our platform are solely between you and the relevant Dealer. BCPA:

• Is not a party to any transaction
• Does not mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes
• Accepts no liability for the actions or omissions of Dealers
• Cannot guarantee the quality, authenticity, or condition of any items

5. No Custody or Control

BCPA never takes possession, custody, or control of any coins, collectibles, or other items submitted through our platform. Items remain your responsibility until a transaction is completed directly with a Dealer. We strongly advise against sending any items to any party until you have independently verified their legitimacy and terms of business.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCPA and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

7. Third-Party Dealer Disclaimers

Dealers introduced through our platform operate as independent businesses. BCPA:

• Does not endorse, recommend, or vouch for any Dealer
• Cannot verify the current FCA authorisation status of Dealers
• Recommends you conduct your own due diligence before engaging any Dealer

Important: While some Dealers in our network may hold FCA authorisation, BCPA does not independently verify, monitor, or guarantee this status. You should verify a Dealer's regulatory status directly via the FCA Register.
